Mark Kelley

Mark Kelley is an Associate at MoloLamken LLP, where he specializes in complex litigation, including white-collar criminal matters and appellate litigation. He is recognized for his creative and aggressive advocacy, effectively navigating all stages of litigation from pre-complaint negotiations through to judgment enforcement. His expertise spans various areas, including fraud, technology, financial services, business torts, and more.14

Education and Early Career

Kelley earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Yale Law School, where he served as the Executive Editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review. He also holds a Master’s degree from Northwestern University and another from the New School for Social Research, along with a Bachelor’s degree with high honors from Wesleyan University.13

Before joining MoloLamken in April 2021, Kelley worked as an associate at Boies Schiller Flexner. He also gained valuable experience as a law clerk for Judge Dennis Jacobs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Richard J. Sullivan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.14
