Mark Jones

Mark Jones is a veteran senior technologist known for his versatility and breadth of experience. He specializes in business transformation using data-driven process improvement, microservice architectures, and continuous delivery. Mark began his career as a sales adviser at Electronics Boutique Stores Group and later worked as a PC world Technician and merchandiser at Dixons Retail. After earning his B-Tec national diploma in Popular Music at West Nottinghamshire College and completing his education at Joseph Whitaker School, he went on to hold several technical and enterprise architecture positions. Mark was a solutions architect at Experian and technical architect at Mortgage Advice Bureau, which enabled him to gain experience across multiple functions and industries. He later became the software architect at Veterinary Medicines Directorate and the managing director of Radical Geek Technology Solutions.
