Research, recommend and utilize proactive, creative, cost-effective recruitment methods to attract and source active and passive candidates. Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and assist in writing marketable job descriptions, crafting appropriate interview questions, calibrating on candidate interviews and making offer recommendations.

We specialize in accounting/finance, information technology, human resource, and healthcare operations. Our services include contingency and retainer searches for permanent placement.
