Spraybest is an import/export company specialized in industrial spray nozzles (Bete Fog Nozzle), droplet separation and mist elimination (Munters Euroform) and all it's applications in for instance (petro-) chemical industry, food, pharmacy, pollution control and many others, tankcleaning nozzles (Gamajet Cleaning Systems), compressed air tools such as airknives, cabinet coolers et cetera (Exair).

With NIC Groep – Spendlab, I am awarded projects with increasing scope and responsibility.  As the Manager of Project and Change Delivery, I develop project plans to integrate multiple groups of companies into one unified service delivery value chain by overseeing IT related process improvements for implementing new strategies companywide.  I collaborate with business partners, executives, and board level leaders to establish the value of IT strategy and advance the cooperation between subsidiary companies.  In addition, I lead staff member trainings.

A few key achievements from this tenure include…
•	Key team member in restructuring and redefining processes to maximize the return on project outcomes.
•	Increased the organizational revenue growth by 4% between 2016 and 2017 by augmenting the synergy through business transformation.

Manager Project & Change Deliver

After serving as a Senior Consultant, I was promoted to the Senior Management Consultant where I oversaw all aspects of operations for strategic revenue growth projects for corporate clients’ global markets business.  Here, I built an agile environment and a digital platform for an international insurer. 

A few key achievements from this tenure include…
•	Provided a consultative lens for business growth opportunities for clients to increase their organizational performance.
•	Resolved customer needs and supported digital transformation strategies through a variety of methods, like business model canvas, value proposition, and workshop delivery.

Capgemini Consulting

Senior management consultant

My first role at Capgemini was Senior Consultant, where managed project operations from inception to completion with a team of 18 consultants. I carefully navigated the politically sensitive environment during key negotiations with the ECT department and other stakeholders.  

I also served as project manager, overseeing the project management office and administration on the following projects:
•	ABN Amro Rapid II Project
•	ING SEPA Migration Financial Institutions & ING International Network Clients
•	ABN Amro Markets Project

For ABN Amro, I led the transformation and integration process of application services for the securities financing system 4sight/slice as part of their new IT backbone network architecture. I guided ING’s institutional clients during the transformation to the new ING corporate payment platform.

Senior consultant

I started at Rabobank GFM as an internship during my studies in London. During this period I worked for the Project Management Office on different projects. I continued working part-time at Rabobank GFM during my studies till January 2010.
Some of the project I worked on and made a success included:
•	Created a Project Initiation Document for to guide the standardisation of different ‘flow’ products
•	Advised on implementing a new clearing platform, CME ClearPort
•	Engaged in setting-up of a sales information platform, Index Licensing
