    Mark Federman is an experienced coach, mentor, organizational therapist, educator, and author with a unique understanding of individuals in workplaces and organizations.

    He helps individuals re-engage with their Best Self, assisting in career engagement, whether within their current organization, a new workplace, or their own enterprise.

    For organizations, Mark combines art and science to identify problems in human dynamics, read organization culture factors, and develop effective interventions for improvement.

    Mark Federman holds a PhD in Adult Education & Counselling Psychology with a focus on Workplace Learning and Social Change from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.

    He also completed an MA in Adult Education and Counselling Psychology focusing on Workplace Learning and Change at the same institution.

    His professional experience includes roles such as Organization, Executive, Leadership & Career Transformation Coach at Reengagement Realized, and Adjunct Faculty positions at Schulich School of Business - York University and University of Guelph-Humber.

    Mark has previously worked as a Consultant, Facilitator, Organizational Therapist, Coach, Qualitative Researcher, and Educator under Mark Federman, Ph.D.

    He has served as the Academic Vice-President at Adler Graduate Professional School and as Dean of the Faculty of Leadership and Organization at the same institution.

    In his earlier career, Mark Federman held positions such as Graduate Student and Research Assistant at the University of Toronto, Chief Strategist at the McLuhan Program in Culture and Technology, President at Personamedia, Inc., and Director of Document Services at Hitachi Data Systems.
