Mark Elrod

Mark Elrod is a political science academic with a specialty in international relations. He studied for his PhD at Vanderbilt University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from David Lipscomb University. He has worked as a professor of Political Science at Harding University, a visiting assistant professor of Political Science at the University of Central Arkansas, and as an area I (Social Science) teacher at Arkansas Governor's School. As a former academic coordinator at the Governor's School, he is skilled in lecturing, small group discussions, writing and social media applications. During the summer, he teaches at the Arkansas Governor's School.
