Mark Edwards is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SofTools, overseeing all client project deliveries. He initially joined SofTools in 1998 as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsible for establishing the technical framework of the SofTools platform.

Before his tenure at SofTools, Mark served as a Technical Director at a London-based software company specializing in Sage and Microsoft products. Under his leadership, the company emerged as the leading reseller in the South East region. Mark's role involved managing Sage implementations, providing support, and supervising a team of developers who focused on creating add-ons for Sage and Microsoft products.

With a technical degree from Cranfield with a military background, Mark has been an integral part of the IT industry since 1990. His areas of expertise include software consultancy and design, software sales, and management consultancy.

Mark's diverse experience in IT, from technical foundations to project delivery and management, positions him as a valuable asset in the software and technology sectors.
