Mr. Dunec has worked on real estate projects in various countries including the United States, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Croatia, England, Ireland, Panama, and the United Arab Emirates.

He is proficient in creating pro forma cash flow models, conducting sensitivity analyses, assessing investment profitability, and overseeing entitlement, closing, and due diligence processes.

With a broad experience in commercial and special use properties, Mr. Dunec specializes in hospitality, healthcare, and development properties.

Moreover, he has a deep understanding of tax liens, having been involved in purchasing, managing, and redeeming tax lien portfolios throughout his career.

Before joining FTI Consulting as a Managing Director, he held roles such as Financial Analyst at Lend Lease, Real Estate Analyst at Shurgard Storage Centers, and Associate at KPMG.
