Mark's expertise lies in breach of contract, business tort cases, malpractice claims involving lawyers and professionals, partnership break-ups, securities and consumer protection class actions.
He has a strong background in securities-related matters, representing broker-dealers, investment advisers, and investors in individual and class actions, as well as handling more than 200 customer dispute arbitrations.
Throughout his career, Mark has represented numerous national law firms in various litigation matters, including attorney malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, employment disputes, ethical violations, and partner departure issues.
