Mark Carpenter is a seasoned public relations, writing, and marketing professional with two decades of experience in various sectors, ranging from Congressional, campaign, trade association, nonprofit, and private industries. With a deep understanding of legislative agendas concerning homeland security, healthcare, energy, foundation management, and social media practices. Carpenter's expertise stems from a wealth of experience and education, having studied Justice, Law and Society at American University for his Master of Science degree and Political Science at Le Moyne College for his Bachelor of Arts degree.

Having previously worked in various positions such as Communications Director for Congressman Tim Murphy (PA-18), Communications Specialist for Citizens for A Sound Economy, Media Manager for Citizens Against Government Waste, Project Manager for Majority Strategies, and Manager of Public Relations for Council on Foundations.
