He has expertise in various areas such as academic library spaces, lean principles in managing radical innovations, creating inclusive environments for non-binary individuals, and big data and data literacy.

Currently, Mark is working on a book titled 'The 3 Most Powerful Communications: Research Your Way to a Great Job!' focusing on job searching strategies.

With a Master's in Information Science and Library Science along with a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Theatre, Mark's educational background is diverse and enriching.

Having worked at esteemed institutions like Cal Poly State University and holding positions like Business Librarian, Mark provides research consultations and teaches information literacy classes benefiting students and community members.

He has also been associated with organizations such as the American Library Association, Edmonds Community College, Tacoma Community College, Mammoth Research, Moss Adams, Waggener Edstrom, and Telicor.
