Mark Allen

Mark Allen, CCIM, MSRE, is a Senior Vice President at Colliers International in Dallas, Texas, specializing in market rate workforce and select affordable housing assets. With a focus on creating and preserving wealth for clients, Mark is a seasoned consultant and advocate offering comprehensive services in multifamily asset acquisition, repositioning, and disposition across North Texas, including 1031 exchanges.

Mark brings a wealth of experience, previously serving as a Vice President at Marcus & Millichap in the National Multi-Housing Group, where he honed his skills in selling multifamily assets and maintaining client relationships. Starting his commercial real estate career in 2010 with Sperry Van Ness, Mark has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of various retail, medical, and corporate properties.

An alumnus of the University of Texas at Arlington, Mark holds both an MS and BBA in Real Estate. He also completed the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School and is a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Additionally, Mark actively participates in the National Multifamily Housing Council's Political Action Committee.
