Mark Aikman

Mark Aikman is an internationally recognized global technology leader with a specialization in delivering IT/digital business transformation and divestment in complex, worldwide, and high-risk environments. His strengths lie in building strategic models, driving innovation, and influencing decision-makers, teams, and stakeholders. Mark caters to clients including global private equity and FTSE-listed companies, providing advice on global transformations, divestments, and M&A activities. He has a wealth of experience in CPG, FMCG, manufacturing, finance, insurance, oil and gas, and telecommunications, having led critical operations at BP, Cadbury Schweppes, T-Mobile, North Group, and Upfield. Notably, Mark successfully completed the food industry’s largest and fastest separation program when he oversaw the divestment of Upfield from Unilever. Currently serving as the Managing Principal at Ignition Transformation, Mark combines his expertise in technology leadership with a passion for hiring, guiding, and developing high-performance teams. With a background that includes being listed in the 2017 UK CIO top 100, Mark is a sought-after keynote speaker, conference chair, and panel moderator.
