Mark A. Koltz is a seasoned Federal Health IT manager with over 35 years of experience in the field, having worked across various federal agencies including HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, and SSA.
He is known for his innovative and proactive approach, consistently delivering transformative results throughout his career.
With a background in IT and management consulting, Mark has worked with both large systems integrators and small businesses, boasting over 25 years of experience in managing business development, large consulting teams/programs, and internal operations.
His technical expertise spans Agile, Human-Centered Design, BI/Analytics, Software Development/Integration, and IT Modernization.
Mark has a proven track record of leading and implementing strategic change activities within organizations, coupled with being a people-centric leader and an experienced mentor and coach.
Outside of work, Mark is an avid bicyclist, having embarked on a cross-country biking journey in 2010 for the American Lung Association, covering 3,700 miles in just 50 days.
He currently resides with his wife in a beautifully restored circa 1905 home just outside of Frederick, Maryland.
