Mariusz Ostoja-Swierczynski is a seasoned software design and development professional, with a wealth of experience in managing technical teams in fast-paced environments. With more than 10 years of commercial experience, Mariusz has successfully led numerous software product development projects in companies like Cybercom Poland, where he worked as a Technical Project Manager, Senior Software Consultant, and Software Engineer. He is currently the CTO and Co-Founder of Tellyo Oy, where his exceptional expertise in different project management methodologies, software design, architecture and technologies allows him to lead technical teams to achieve software product development goals within very limited time and with limited human resources. 
Mariusz holds multiple M.Sc. degrees including Computer Science from Coventry University, Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology and Project Management at Lodz University of Technology in Poland. His specialties include Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, and M_o_R, to name a few. He is also highly skilled in Java EE, Android, Java, Symbian C++, C++, C#, SQL, XML, XLS, Design Patterns, and a variety of project management and development tools like Microsoft Project, CollabNet ScrumWorks, Confluence, Jira, Assembla, Eclipse, NetBeans, MagicDraw UML, StarUML, SVN, Git, MySQL, and Oracle.
