Marissa A. Vallette, Ph.D.

Marissa Vallette is a highly accomplished industrial and systems engineer with an impressive track record in various industries, most notably healthcare and manufacturing. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Spanish from Lawrence University.

Vallette is a goal-focused and detail-oriented professional who possesses diverse knowledge and skills that include human factors, ergonomics, lean methodologies, data mining and analytics, and project and program management. Her extensive experience in these areas has led her to become a Senior Research Director at Ipsos in North America. She also previously worked as Research Director at Ipsos in North America and GfK. She has a passion for teaching and has served as an instructor at Northern Illinois University.
