Marion pursued her BA degree at the University of the Pacific and has gathered a wealth of experience through her engagements with renowned organizations. She served as a Partner in Private Equity & Financial Services at True Search, bringing deep expertise in executive search and in-house talent acquisition.

Additionally, Marion held the prestigious role of Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Managing Director at TPG Global, where she played a pivotal role in shaping talent acquisition strategies on a global scale. Her experience also extends to roles such as Senior Executive Search Consultant in Financial Services & Private Equity Practices at Spencer Stuart and as a Consultant with Boutique Search Firms.
