Mario Samos

Mario Samos is a corporate attorney with a focus on energy transactions, structured finance, and mergers and acquisitions. His expertise includes advising project developers, power offtakers, and financial institutions on various financial aspects of projects.

He also has experience representing private equity firms in the acquisition, sale, and financing of renewable energy and natural gas power generation facilities as well as oil and gas assets.

Before entering the legal field, Mario had a background in data analysis, strategy, and investment management.

Mario Samos holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Rice University.
