Supporting Oracle’s country sales representatives in driving market share and revenue for the Oracle Cloud Native Integration technologies in EMEA.

This technology portfolio consists of Oracle Integration Cloud, API Platform Cloud Service, SOA Cloud Service and Oracle's on premise SOA and BPM product suite. New areas of focus include Intelligent Automation with Integration, Process, Digital Assistants and Robotic Process Automation backed by Oracle AI. Responsibilities include:

•	Internal Oracle Sales Enablement. Providing account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs and assist in using Oracle’s Cloud Native Integration products to leverage large revenue opportunities.  
•	Create, manage and implement the Business Development and Marketing plan for a specific set of countries or cluster across all channels.
•	Develop local and EMEA new business and demand generation campaigns and monitor the results.
•	Support the Country/Cluster Sales Organization in development and promotion of the go to market strategy.
•	Help identify and develop new sales opportunities within industries and accounts.
•	Work across all other Lines of Business within oracle and foster XLoB relationships to increase the number of revenue opportunities.
•	Leverage and nurture third party partner relationships and execute strategies to successfully drive product revenue the partner channel.
•	Act as product portfolio evangelist and/or speaker at Oracle’s or partners’ customer-facing events.

Senior Business Development Manager EMEA, Cloud Native Integration

Co-owner and general manager of two art galleries: “De Glorie” in Oosterbeek and “Seven Contemporary Art” in The Hague. Responsibilities included:
-Putting together cast of national and international artists, matching the signature and growth ambitions of both galleries.
-Scheduling and organising exhibitions and participating in Art Fairs.
-Marketing and PR.
-Client Management (Sales and consulting) fort the group of key customers consisting of companies, museums and high net worth individuals.
-Managing the galleries’ sales teams.

Responsible for setting up and managing a partner network for webMethods' B2B and Application Integration software. The network consisted of software implementation partners and ISV's in the Benelux and Scandinavian region. Member of the Northern Europe Management Team. Responsibilities included:			
-Building up a partner network within the two regions. Closed local partner agreements with six global implementation partners (Accenture, HP, Atos Origin, EDS, Capgemini, LogicaCMG). Initiated joint customer and/or prospect approach with the ISV’s SAP, Peoplesoft, Siebel and Informatica.
-Developing and driving industry lead product/service propositions together with partners, aimed at verticals such a Telecommunications, Utilities, Financial Services and the Process Industry. 
-Generating 20% of partner network influenced revenue.

Alliance & Business Development Manager Northern Europe

As Business Development Manager responsible for the sales of address verification software on the US market through VAR and distributor Firstlogic. Results:
-Co-responsible for closing VAR and distribution deal with partner Firstlogic.  
-Developed and implemented a joint marketing and sales strategy. 
-Managed the joint software development programme for the optimal integration of the software of both companies. 

As Product Manager responsible for the product development and marketing of the address management portfolio. Results:
-Delivered repositioned software package with functionality and pricing model in line with market requirements.
-Developed several business cases together with customers and formulated specific product/market combinations with corresponding marketing collateral and positioning.

Business Development Manager & Product Manager

Responsible for the sales of a range of ultrasonic cleaning equipment for medical and industrial purposes by managing a European distribution network. Results:			
-Formulated and implemented a new marketing strategy, adequately repositioning the products in the relevant vertical markets
-Reorganised the existing distribution network and extended it to new upcoming countries.
-Realised a 10% revenue increase in a declining market.

Channel Sales Representative Bransonic Division

Responsible for the business-to-business sales of private label watches for promotional purposes in France and Spain. Results: 			
-Achieving preferred supplier status at IBM France.
-Co-responsible for closing sales contracts with five regional savings bank in Spain, for the execution of large direct mail campaigns with personalised watches (50.000 + pieces for each bank) 
-Designed and implemented a special software system for the logistical handling of these campaigns, and supervised the production process in Hong Kong.
