Since being baptized into the Seventh-day Adventist church in March 1988, Mario has been actively involved in various church positions for over 14 years, including roles as a treasurer, clerk, religious liberty advocate, and communications leader. Transitioning to independent ministry in 2013, Mario has continued his service to The Lord through innovative projects and online evangelism efforts.

Mario's online initiatives include establishing a lay internet ministry for evangelism and church nurturing in 2001 and building a network of Adventists on LinkedIn, boasting over 500 million members. His networking efforts have resulted in a significant presence of Adventist connections within his LinkedIn community.

Mario Petrovalle's contributions extend beyond ministry to proposing improvements to church policies and fundamental beliefs. Noteworthy achievements include proposing changes to the Church Manual and successfully advocating for a policy improvement in 2009, showcasing his dedication to institutional enhancement.
