Mario Lucich

Mario Lucich is a seasoned professional with a background in computer science and extensive experience in various senior manager roles. He began his career as a computer sales consultant before moving on to become a consultant at Damgaard Data. From there, he worked his way up and held positions such as software development engineer, lead software development engineer in test, senior lead software development engineer in test, and software development manager at companies like Navision Software, Microsoft, and GN ReSound. He also served as a senior manager at Nordea Bank and is currently an associated partner at PeakBalance.

Lucich is an expert in crucial conversations and dialogue training, and he specializes in teaching individuals and organizations how to communicate effectively, achieve better results, and build stronger relationships. He is also an advocate for the power of habits and teaches the importance of replacing unhelpful habits with positive ones.
