Marina Bolsterli Smith is a distinguished professional currently serving as the Head of the North America Leadership and Diversity & Inclusion Programs in Talent Development at Morgan Stanley.

In her role, Marina spearheads the development and strategic implementation of the Firm's senior leadership programs, contributing significantly to organizational growth and employee empowerment.

Marina Smith is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background, having pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Trinity College-Hartford and further studies at the International School of Geneva.

Throughout her career, Marina has held several key positions at Morgan Stanley, showcasing her expertise and commitment in the realm of diversity, inclusion, and talent development.

Her notable roles include Executive Director, Head of North America Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion Programs, Executive Director, Global COO of Diversity & Inclusion, Head of Women’s Initiatives, Diversity & Inclusion Talent Advisor, and Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator to Vice President.

Prior to her tenure at Morgan Stanley, Marina also gained valuable experience as an Account Executive at Elizabeth Arden with Cairns & Associates, honing her skills in client relations and business development.
