Marina Pajic
NHMRC Career Development Fellow, Laboratory Head, Personalised Cancer Therapeutics Lab
Marina Pajic is a renowned Australian researcher specializing in patient-derived xenografts of pancreatic cancer and patient-derived cell lines as part of the International Cancer Genome Consortium.
She has a strong focus on discovering biomarkers and testing novel therapeutic combinations to tailor therapy based on the individual patient's tumor biology.
Currently serving as an Associate Professor Conjoint at UNSW, Marina has held key positions at the prestigious Garvan Institute of Medical Research, including Laboratory Head, Group Leader for Personalized Cancer Therapeutics, and roles as a Postdoctoral Scientist at both Garvan Institute and Netherlands Cancer Institute in Amsterdam.
