Marina Miklautz

Marina Miklautz is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse academic background and experience in prestigious organizations.

Marina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD, where she honed her business acumen and strategic skills.

Prior to her MBA, she pursued her academic interests in engineering and physics, obtaining a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Process Engineering from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich, and also studying Physics at Universidade de São Paulo.

Her academic journey also led her to delve into research, specializing in the modeling of catalytic membrane reactors during her Master Thesis at The University of Tokyo.

Marina Miklautz has leveraged her educational foundation to excel in the professional world, currently holding the role of Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.

Before her current position, she gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at the Separation Processes Lab at ETH Zurich, showcasing her expertise in practical applications of engineering principles.

Additionally, Marina has demonstrated leadership qualities as the Project Manager & President at ETH juniors, where she effectively managed projects and led teams to success.
