Marina Rosove Javor is a seasoned professional in the nonprofit sector with over a decade of experience, specializing in various social justice issues such as reproductive health, global human rights, international development, political advocacy, and education.

She holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and has a Bachelor's degree in English and Creative Writing from San Francisco State University.

Proudly serving as an Associate Director in Los Angeles at American Jewish World Service, Marina has also held roles like Major Gifts Officer at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, Development Officer at American Jewish World Service, Finance Director at Stuart Schuffman For Mayor, Northern California Associate Development Director at J Street, Communications and Events Manager at Aim High, English Foreign Language Teacher at Peace Corps, Development Associate at New Israel Fund, Classifieds Coordinator at The Daily Journal, and Classifieds Operations Manager at SF Weekly.

With a rich background that includes teaching English in the Republic of Azerbaijan as a Peace Corps Volunteer, as well as volunteering internationally in Sri Lanka, Marina's expertise and dedication to social causes make her a valuable asset in the nonprofit arena.

Originally from San Diego, CA, Marina has lived and worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for 15 years before settling in Los Angeles with her family, including her husband, daughter, and two cats, whom she brought back from Azerbaijan.
