Marilynn Mollica, PHR, SHRM-CP

Marilynn Mollica is an accomplished HR Business Partner with extensive expertise in increasing employee retention, conflict resolution, training and development, and change management. Her core competencies include talent development, project management, event planning, and workforce community outreach. Mollica has held leadership roles in manufacturing and administrative environments, as well as start-up companies and mergers and acquisitions.
