Connecting hospitals worldwide, Philips Interoperability Solutions (f.k.a. Forcare) enables health care professionals to exchange complex data so that they have  the information they need to provide their patients with the best possible care.
As Agile Program Manager/Release Train Engineer,  I coordinate and facilitate all the work across the organisation to release our products/solutions. I manage releases of the Software products that are being developed in an incremental way by 6 Agile squads. Driving alignment and collaboration between the departmental teams, I escalate impediments, manage risks and drive continuous improvements to ensure timely and efficient releases.

Agile program manager/Release Train Engineer

Program lead of the digital solutions for the Mother & Child Care business: end-to-end product ownership from proposition to launch, driving the development and market introduction of the apps on the Philips Avent digital parenting platform 

• Managing a complex multi-disciplinary and multi-site program, driving alignment between various disciplines: Innovation & Technology departments, local and off-shore development teams, internal and external design agencies, marketing management and (digital) marketing communications teams, and in-market sales organisations. 
• Driving the development and leading the digital go-to-market,  market launch, and global expansion of the uGrow parenting platform. Working across the end-to-end value chain, I liaised closely with all lead markets to drive the consumer acquisition, engagement and monetization strategy on a global basis.

As part of the Consumer Business Unit/PND Product Unit, in charge of full product lifecycle responsibility for Personal Navigation Devices (PNDs).

•	Owner of overall product proposition including strategy, roadmap and business case; responsible for execution of product plans through global cross-functional teams, defining requirements and driving right priorities in their backlogs 
•	Achieving stakeholder alignment on big product decisions, working closely cross-company to optimise the end to end consumer experience across all touchpoints including discovery, product, packaging, on-line assets and market messaging
•	Managing new product launches in a complex multi-disciplinary environment (including Product Management, Customer Insights & UX Design, Marketing Communications & PR, Development & Logistics and Customer Support), while getting buy in from the sales force

•	End-to-end product ownership from inception to mass rollout, continuously improving the experience of customers in order to deliver innovative online products & services.
•	Reviewing the service roadmap and overall proposition planning, determined priorities and defined appropriate release schedule, advising management when releases are ready to go live to customers
•	Working across teams and locations, collaborating closely with marketing, developers, business analysts, and user experience professionals in an Agile environment. Driving the prioritized backlog to deliver business value with high quality and on time, creating product requirements and defining the Quality Assurance criteria for the test cases.

Coordinating all aspects of the user-centred design process: concept development, design and implementation. Led to the successful introduction of three global Vodafone services and 6 patent applications in my name. 

•	Leading product innovation: commissioning ethnographic research and a conceptual design framework. Identifying new opportunities through knowledge of emerging trends (including mobile cloud computing, social network integration and reality mining)
•	User Experience Quality Management for Samsung handsets: identifying opportunities for  improvements and aligning success criteria for Vodafone services
