While volunteering at a children's orphanage in the heart of Nairobi and Mombasa's slums in Kenya in 2006, I harnessed my expertise to craft a documentary that offered a poignant glimpse into the stark realities faced by the local community. This assignment provided comprehensive analysis and updates on a pivotal change in Irish society unfolding through the 15th Amendment Dissolution of Marriage Referendum.

With a dynamic career in media, I witnessed key developments, including UTV Media's acquisitions of radio stations (now News Corp). My diverse portfolio showcases a documentary produced in Calcutta in 1997, an opportunity that allowed me to collaborate with Saint Mother Teresa. That work not only sharpened my storytelling acumen but also deepened my appreciation for narratives that touch audiences worldwide.

My expertise is further evidenced by my partnerships with leading international broadcasters such as CNN, BBC, and Swedish National Radio, which have broadened my professional scope and technical expertise. A pivotal two-year reporting stint at a New York-based radio station sponsored by Aer Lingus refined my journalistic approach, readying me for the rigours of today's media dynamism.
