Support the Head of US Medical who leads the Oncology and Cardiovascular Teams in US Medical Affairs in R&D. Position involved organization of leadership team meetings, directors forums, medical town halls, and the USM National Meeting.  Position involves complex calendar and travel arrangements.  Support the management of multiple projects including but not limited to data compliation, synthesis, graphic representation and analysis. Independent position with minimal supervision.  Leads a large team of executive assistants in processes, and mentoring.

Support the Head of Intercon Medical at BMS in Plainsboro, NJ. Provide additional project and administrative support to the VP of Mature Brands. Position involves complex calendar and travel arrangements across 11 time zones. Provided administrative support to Dr. Magid Abou-Gharbia, Sr. VP of Chemical &amp; Screening Sciences (CSS) for a 10 year period from 1998 until 2008 when he left Wyeth to become the Director of the Moulder Center for Drug Discovery at Temple University.  Maintained calendar, travel schedule, expense reporting, daily email, correspondence and Powerpoint slide presentations.
Responsible for management of all administrative projects for Chemical &amp; Screening Sciences organization (500+ Employees).
Coordinated Annual Chemical Sciences Symposium, Annual R&amp;D Patent Award Banquet and Annual Lectureships with our Academic Partners, arranged monthly Management Team Meeting on and off site. 
Responsible for CS communications; notified CSS staff of future activities in R&amp;D and in CSS. Formatted presentation materials for the Sr. VP of CSS.
Handled manuscript and abstract approvals for all of Discovery Research, maintained files and coordinated efforts with the Wyeth Legal department. 
Helped coordinate all compound requests, managed material transfer agreements, confidential disclosure agreements and research agreements for Discovery and Chemistry.

Provided administrative support to Dr. Richard Jackson, Sr. VP of Discovery Research, a direct report of the President of R&amp;D. Discovery Research comprised a large department of 1200 employees; managed calendar, extensive travel and event schedule since the Head of Discovery traveled internationally and extensively in the US.  Organized monthly Discovery Executive Committee meetings (DEC) and provided day-to-day support of emails, correspondence, expenses, minutes, etc.  Acted as an ambassador for collaborators, academic partners, and visitors.
