Second mission as part of the Digital Path Graduate Program, within the Marketing Analytics and Performance team, at corporate level of BNP Paribas Personal Finance. Providing AI solutions based on BNP Paribas Personal Finance countries’ needs, to automatically manage part of customer interactions while maximizing profitability. 
- Coordination of local, operational and legal business teams in synchronization with central data scientists.
- Business case development and restitution of test analyzes.
- Implementation of a change management strategy necessary for the deployment of artificial intelligence engines.

BNP Paribas Personal Finance

AI Project Manager

First Graduate Program Digital Path mission within IFS Strategic Initiatives, in the Open Innovation and Startup collaboration team.
Mission centered on the management and development of the API Store project.
- Presentation of the project and evangelization around APIs and "platformization" through BNP Paribas IFS business lines
- Definition and implementation of project governance (NAC)

Digital Project Manager

6-month fixed-term contract with the advertising agency BETC DIGITAL, focused on the digital life of brands. Digital project assignments for Peugeot France and Peugeot International accounts.

BETC Digital

Internship within the CRM consulting agency ICLP Loyalty in London. Evolved within the Data Analytics and Database Operations Management department, for the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Hackett and Intel budgets.

• Project management including the planning, customer support and participation in strategic and creative briefs.
• Database management including process and analysis of databases larger than 500,000 members.
• Created and launched emailing campaigns as well as landing pages.

ICLP

Digital Marketing Intern

Realized a four-month internship within the digital department of the agency. Supported the account managers in their day-to-day work.  Participated on the Daikin France, Teisseire, Lesieur, Peugeot and SNCF accounts.
