Mariane Rezende

Mariane Rezende is currently leading the Community Managers team in the Consumer Care department at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing brands like Johnson's Baby, Neutrogena, and Listerine. She is responsible for developing social media strategies and enhancing consumer digital experience.

Apart from managing various agile implementation projects, Mariane actively participates in cross-functional teams to align digital strategies across different areas of the company. She played a key role in negotiating and implementing the Social Listening project benefiting all research and communication departments. Recently, she spearheaded a new digital consumer experiential marketing project.

With over five years of experience, Mariane has expertise in generating performance and market reports, utilizing digital tools, and effectively managing a team of 30 employees. Her leadership and strong problem-solving skills have been instrumental in her career.

She also excels in agency communications, briefing presentations, and project delivery oversight. Mariane's career has been dedicated to identifying consumer insights and enhancing customer experience.

Mariane holds a Pós-Graduação (Extension Modality) degree in Marketing and Communication Return on Investment Analysis from the University of São Paulo, and a degree in Communication Social, Public Relations from Faculdade Cásper Líbero.

Her professional journey includes roles such as Coordenadora de Comunicação e Canais Digitais at Johnson & Johnson, Analista Sênior de Conteúdo Digital at Loures Consultoria, Coordenadora de Canais Digitais - Experiência do Consumidor at Havas Group, and Coordenadora de Qualidade para Social CRM at E.life. Previously, she interned at Lume Assessoria e Consultoria em Responsabilidade Social Empresarial and worked as Técnica Residente at Telefônica Brasil.
