Mariana Rego

Mariana Rego is an accomplished professional with a diverse background. A graduate of the University of Miami with a BSE in Industrial Engineering, Mariana is also known as a user experience design (UXD) expert, having studied the subject at General Assembly. Her expertise also includes retention and engagement, having completed a series on the topic at Reforge. Additionally, Mariana is well-versed in JavaScript and React, skills she developed at Codecademy.

Mariana has held several positions throughout her career, including Co-Founder of LeadWise, Co-Founder & Partner at Design Thinking Miami, and Senior Product Manager at Nearpod. She has also worked as a Program Manager & Strategist at Miami Dade College, Associate Director, Investor Relations at UBS, and Strategy Associate at UBS. Her experience spans multiple industries and has given her a unique perspective in problem-solving and innovation.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Mariana has taken a sabbatical to travel the world, experiencing different cultures and broadening her horizons.
