As Senior Manager of Public Relations at Alight Solutions (NYSE: ALIT), a leading cloud-based human capital technology and services provider that serves 70% of the Fortune 100, I am responsible for driving Alight’s strategic public relations objectives by defining, executing, and leading PR efforts across Alight’s business. Working closely with Alight’s CMO, VP of Product Marketing and VP of Communications and other stakeholders, I lead the execution of product oriented external communications including proactive media relations, product, and solution launches, thought leadership, and external executive visibility. I am also responsible for providing strategic communication advice and recommendation to members of Alight’s executive leadership team and other senior leaders. This includes strategy development, key message development, creation of written communications, and media and message training and preparation.

In addition to my duties as an account strategist for each of the accounts I oversee within the agency, I also serve as the agency’s media relations strategist. Duties include fostering and growing media relationships on behalf of the agency, advising colleagues' campaigns on the appropriate media contacts to reach out to, as well as providing counsel on the pitch angle for each campaign.

Project-managed all public relations campaigns for client accounts. Implement proactive PR campaigns and provide strategic counsel to clients on a daily basis to create external awareness with top tier publications and industry trade publications. Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients. 

Manage all aspects of media briefings, both in-person or via phone, serve as liaison between clients and media at industry events. Experience working with startups in the retail technology space and driving PR campaigns through funding rounds. Manage all aspects of content creation including identifying relevant storylines, press release creation, byline creation as well as internal company blogs and messaging.

Assisted clients with day-to-day operations. Daily duties included content creation on enterprise technology topics including press releases, client presentations, external blogs, news monitoring reports and media coverage measurement reports. 

Managed media relations for clients including media outreach, interview scheduling and day-to-day 	communications with media on upcoming client news.  

Assisted in the planning and execution of clients' external events.

Conducted research studies with participants on a daily basis using different measures including biometrics and eye-tracking technology. Aided in coding data from studies to be incorporated in the client's final report. Handled scheduling of participants on a weekly basis.
