Marian Dahmer

Marian Elbert is an accomplished physician assistant who brings together her enthusiasm for medicine, fitness, and food to empower individuals to strive towards a healthier and brighter life. She started her academic journey pursuing a degree in General Biology and English Language and Literature at the University of Maryland College Park, and then went on to study for a Masters in Physician Assistant at Stony Brook University. At present, she is associated with Stanford Health Care as a Cardiology Physician Assistant, where she specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular disorders. Known for her passion for fitness, she actively engages in fitness activities and shares her knowledge with her followers to help them lead an active lifestyle. At the same time, she is a foodie, continuously exploring new tastes and making suggestions on how to make healthy meals that are still delicious.
