Mariam Huss

Mariam Huss is an experienced professional in change management and organizational consulting. She serves as an Adjunct Faculty member for the Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) program at Northwestern University, where she teaches courses on change management since June 2021.1

In addition to her academic role, Mariam is the CEO and Founder of Axxum Consulting, a management consulting firm based in Chicago that specializes in human capital, operations, and strategy.12 Her extensive background includes positions at notable firms such as IBM, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and The Hackett Group, where she focused on transformation programs and change management.2

Mariam holds an MBA from Université Laval in Canada and a Master’s degree in International Management from IPAG in Paris. She is fluent in multiple languages, including French and English, and has been actively involved in various professional organizations, including the French-American Chamber of Commerce and the Association of Change Management Professionals.12
