Maria Wiberg is a strategic and entrepreneurial doer with a broad range of skills and a passion for solving global healthcare staff shortages. She has extensive experience in building great products, strategizing, and leading teams to success. Maria studied a range of programs in Science, Economy, and Energy Management at prestigious Stockholm and Berlin universities. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Maria has held numerous roles in various companies such as Munters, Roland Berger, EY, and Ericsson, where she has made significant contributions. As the former Director of Finance and Strategy at Munters, she made strides by improving business development and increasing product marketing in the Business Area Mist Elimination. Additionally, she used her skills as a project manager at Roland Berger to oversee different projects while also acting as a consultant at EY, honing her analytical skills.

Currently, Maria is using her expertise and experience as a Co-founder and CEO at Colivia, where she aims to solve healthcare staff shortages. Her mission is to help healthcare organizations improve their staffing systems and increase the number of medical professionals, thus improving healthcare outcomes. Her experience in finance, marketing, strategy, and operations has made her a valuable asset to the company.
