Maria Spanou is an internationally certified coach based in Kenya. With over 15 years of experience working in research agencies and global brands, Maria has a wealth of knowledge in translating consumer insights into actionable recommendations that drive marketing strategy, brand development, and innovation. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of New Haven and is a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Maria's passion lies in coaching individuals through different stages of change in their personal and professional lives. She has worked with clients from various cultures and backgrounds, supporting them to assimilate quickly and seamlessly into new environments. Maria is an ACC certified coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has also worked with people experiencing post-traumatic stress and fear. Additionally, she has worked with girls who survived sexual violence and supported them to plan ahead for a different life.
