Maria Semykoz

Maria Semykoz is the Co-Founder & CEO of What's In My Jar, a skincare platform dedicated to helping people worldwide improve the health of their skin using a combination of scientific knowledge, AI technology, and personalized recommendations.

Maria's educational background includes a Certificate Program in Transition Studies from the University of Tartu, a Master's degree in Political Science from Miami University with an impressive GPA of 3.97, and further studies in Political Science at Nacional'nij Universitet 'Kievo-Mogiljans'ka Akademija' where she also completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.

Prior to her role at What's In My Jar, Maria gained valuable experience in various positions such as EMEA Lead for Organisational Agility & Transformation, Client Service Lead, and Consulting Specialist at Gallup. She also served as an Assistant to a Member of Parliament at Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, worked as a Researcher at GfK Ukraine, and was a Project Coordinator at the Agency for Social Projects 'GOA.'

Maria Semykoz's diverse background in political science, research, consulting, and organizational transformation has equipped her with the skills and expertise needed to lead What's In My Jar towards its mission of empowering individuals to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
