Maria Roca Puigserver is a Senior Project Manager at FundingBox, specializing in fostering SMEs' access to EU innovations and project opportunities while enhancing their competitiveness.

With a background in Scientific and Innovation culture, she holds a Master of Science degree from Universitat Politècnica de València, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Policy from Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche, and studies in Russian philology from Saint Petersburg State University.

Maria has a wealth of experience working with various organizations such as FundingBox, I4MS, Climate-KIC Spain, Fundación Equipo Humano, FIIAPP, and more, holding roles like Project Manager, Research Assistant, and International Project Manager.

She has been instrumental in managing EU projects in verticals like Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Robotics, and Industry 4.0, strengthening collaborations among European Digital Innovation Hubs, and enhancing the performance of EU funds.

Moreover, Maria has also served as an External Evaluator for the European Commission, evaluating and contributing to the improvement of various EU initiatives.

Her expertise lies in technology ecosystem support, project management, EU fund implementation, and building connections between civil society, academia, and industry.
