Maria Pelipas is an experienced professional with an impressive history of helping startups grow, especially at international levels. With over 10 years of experience, she has worked across various sectors and geographies, including management consulting, startup accelerators, corporate ventures, VC funds, innovation agencies, and startups.

After studying Project Management at Swinburne University of Technology, Pelipas continued her education with a Master's Degree in Political Science, focusing on European Studies at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She also holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from Tomsk State University.

Pelipas is currently the Head of Programs at MedTech Actuator, where she helps accelerate startups. Prior to this, she held various positions, including Accelerator Manager at MedTech Actuator, Autumn21 Fellow at Startmate, Advisor at E-Pic Surf, Chief of Staff at Allystudy, Corporate Ventures Consultant at Cataliize, International Project Manager at GenerationS based on RVC JSC, Head of International Projects at the Russian Venture Company, Biotech Research and Education Program Fellow at the University of Maryland, Consultant - Head of Global at Koltsovo Innovation Center, Program Manager at Koltsovo Innovation Center, Intern at European Social Observatory, and Store Cashier at McDonald's.
