María Gil
María Gil is a highly educated and accomplished individual with a diverse background in plant biology, Chinese language and literature, and traditional Chinese medicine. She studied at various top institutions, including Swarthmore College, Peking University, and the University of California, Davis, where she achieved a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Plant Biology.
During her academic career, María worked as a student researcher in both developmental biology and plant biology, gaining valuable expertise in the field. She also served as a laboratory technician at Stanford University and as a summer intern in the Dairy Applications Lab at DuPont Nutrition & Health.
María has a keen interest in traditional Chinese medicine and conducted independent research in the field at the Third Hospital of Peking University. Her diverse background in both Western and Eastern medicine makes her a well-rounded and knowledgeable professional.
