Maria Dramalioti-Taylor
Maria Dramalioti-Taylor is a highly accomplished mechanical engineer turned venture capitalist with extensive experience in enterprise tech ventures. She is the founder and managing partner of the seed and pre-series A VC firm, Beacon Capital, where she specializes in investing in enterprise tech startups. She holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, an MSc and DIC in mechanical engineering from Imperial College London, and a Dipl. Ing from the National Technical University of Athens.
Maria's career has involved serving on the board of a variety of portfolio companies, including Grakn Labs, DevicePilot, and NumberEight, as well as serving as a Board Observer for Lifebit Biotech and Chaser. She has also served on committees for the Royal Academy of Engineering, such as the EnterpriseHub Committee and the Chairs in Emerging Technologies Committee.
Additionally, Maria has been an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD Business School and a Board Member at Reload Greece. She is also a member of the RAEng Enterprise Committee and an EIR.
