I co-founded A&B as something I have always dreamed of, a service organization that is passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals in the midst of ever changing rules while giving each client the individual attention they need and deserve.

I combined my love for numbers and people through my practice by helping fast-growth startups and mid-sized companies build and scale their accounting, finance, investor relations, human resources and risk management functions to drive performance and strategy. 

At A&B I helped my clients develop sales projections, financial forecasts, operating budget to actual analyses and implement financial, control and management reporting systems, and cash flow management tools. I also spearheaded month-end, quarterly and annual close procedures in accordance with US GAAP and managed auditors, tax accountants and legal counsel.

I built my career in public accounting where I served a variety of clients ranging from Bay Area's largest SEC public filers to local start-ups in alternative energy and consumer business fields. Starting at an Intern level and working my way up to a Senior Manager position, I have embraced and learned from every level of the organization and was able to navigate through a dynamic environment, changing regulation and operational growth. 

At Deloitte I mastered how to:

●	Effectively lead large multidisciplinary teams of professionals through execution of projects
●	Answer the most complex client questions through research and resource pooling 
●	Lead technical consultations with executives
●	Grow business through a number of successful client pursuits
●	Develop staff by facilitating firm’s local and national trainings for new hire and new senior classes 
●	Be a mentor and a coach to professionals since 2008
