Maria's expertise includes an array of skills such as strategic planning, budget management, program management, turnaround management, and contract negotiations, achieved through her numerous roles such as Senior Project Manager and Technical Consultant. Additionally, Maria's technical acumen extends to Web Development, IT Governance, Offshore Management, and Applications Development Management.
