Margot Miller is currently the head transactional and antitrust lawyer at AB InBev, overseeing M&A, Antitrust & Competition, Treasury, Investor Relations, Communications, and Solutions. She also serves as the primary internal legal counsel for Diversity & Inclusion. Margot's areas of expertise cover Antitrust and Competition, Compliance and Internal Investigations, General Litigation, HR & Employment, Diversity & Inclusion, International and Cross-Border Matters, M&A and Joint Ventures, Corporate Governance. Margot holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania.
