Margot Balch

Margot Balch is an accomplished businesswoman and entrepreneur with a diverse range of experiences. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Hong Kong and later obtained another Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Queensland. After university, Balch co-founded Abarcus, a personal financial planning platform. She then joined Bain & Company as a consultant and worked on a variety of corporate strategy projects. Later, Balch held senior executive positions at Rocket Internet, an online retail giant, and Dalani Home & Living, an e-commerce company. She became the Managing Director of the latter company. Balch was also a member of the Board of Directors at Expense Check and General Manager at The Grid Fund. She co-founded Onetwo, a media engagement and analytics startup. Her expertise includes corporate strategy, financial planning, venture capital, e-commerce, and analytics. In addition to her business pursuits, Balch served as President of the University of Queensland Student Union.
