Margherita has also worked in challenging environments such as the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon and the United Nations Integrated Mission in Timor-Leste, showcasing her versatility and ability to navigate diverse settings effectively.

Her tenure at the United Nations included roles as a Special Assistant, Operations and Reporting Officer, and Associate Analysis and Liaison Officer, highlighting her diverse skill set and adaptability.
