Margaux Savee is a seasoned patent attorney with extensive experience representing international clients in patent matters before various U.S. courts and agencies.
With a background in chemistry/biochemistry, Margaux specializes in post-grant reviews of patents, having handled over 100 reexamination and post-grant review proceedings in diverse technologies.
She is recognized for her expertise in biotechnology, medical devices, energy technology, computer software, and hardware.
Margaux is admitted to the State Bar of California, registered before the USPTO, and licensed to practice in federal courts, including the Northern and Central Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
In addition to her legal practice, she is actively involved in advancing women and women of color in the legal field through various leadership roles and memberships in organizations advocating for diversity and inclusion.
Margaux obtained her Executive MBA from the University of Oxford's Said Business School, her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law, and her B.S. in Biochemistry/Chemistry from UC San Diego.
Currently serving as a Principal at Polsinelli PC in California, Margaux has previously held positions as Partner at Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP and Associate at Intellectual Property Law Group LLP.
Outside of work, Margaux enjoys spending quality time with her family, engaging in activities such as hiking, camping, and tropical vacations.
