Margarita Griffith is a humanitarian, educator, and eLearning designer with diverse experience in various roles across different organizations.
She holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education with a specialization in Research from Universidad del Istmo, an MBA in Business/Human Resources from Universidad Interamericana, a Master's Degree in Project Development, Management and Evaluation from Universidad Nacional de Panama, a Post-Graduate Certification in Educational/Instructional Design from Northeastern University, and has also studied Sociology and Anthropology at Randolph-Macon College.
Margarita currently serves as the Knowledge Sharing Coordinator at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and has previously held positions such as Volunteer Manager in Emergencies, Learning Officer, Project Management Consultant, and Instructional Designer within the organization.
Her past experiences include working as a Professor at Universidad Latina de Panamá, Project Management at Continental Network of Indigenous Women of America, and Head of the Department of Health Promotion for indigenous Communities at the Ministry of Health Panama.
