Margaret Lee is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology and business management roles.

Currently serving as the Senior Vice President (SVP) and General Manager (GM) of Digital Service and Operations Management at BMC Software, Margaret oversees a broad range of Helix solutions for IT service management and IT operations management.

Prior to her role at BMC, Margaret held the position of General Manager for data services at Mapbox, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform focusing on mapping, location data, and navigation solutions for both consumer and enterprise applications.

Her experience includes leading global product management, strategy, and customer success teams within CA Technologies Continuous Delivery business unit, specializing in testing, release, and deployment products.

Margaret also played a crucial role in pioneering and managing the Product team for Splunk Cloud and Splunk's SaaS applications.

With a strong foundation in technology, Margaret was instrumental in the development and growth of Oracle's Fusion Middleware product suite from its inception as an internal startup to a thriving $4 billion annual revenue business.

Her career beginnings include roles as a development manager at a pre-IPO technology startup, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on technology and financial services projects.

Margaret Lee holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia.
